Master of Science in Leadership

The capacity for leadership is a competitive advantage that can lead to success and advancement in your career. The traditional concept that leadership skill resides solely with a small handful of top executives has given way to contemporary collaborative models where influence and decision-making authority are distributed throughout an organization. Today’s workforce continues to diversity, and the tasks to be accomplished have become more complex.

The Fast-Track 12-month Master of Science in Leadership is designed to provide motivated, experienced senior management professionals the opportunity to gain and the ability to apply the leadership competencies necessary for advancing in this highly competitive and dynamic economy. The program’s curriculum focuses on creating and maintaining a behavior-changing environment with the goal of guiding participants to have a greater impact within their organizations and industries. To help facilitate this experience, students are immersed in an intensive year of graduate studies in a specially designed curriculum that leverages the valuable experiences of both the participants and the faculty.

Degree Formats

The Fast-Track Master of Science in Leadership is offered in two formats—Online and Blended—each providing distinct benefits. Blended format programs meet online and every other Saturday.

The program is structured so that it can be completed within one year while allowing participants to continue with work and family commitments.
