The Downtown campus at 89 Broad Street is accessible by the Red, Green, and Orange lines from Downtown Crossing, Park Street, and State Street stops.
From the Orange line: Take to State Street, exit at Old State House. Walk down State Street, cross Congress St. to Broad St. Take right on Broad Street to number 89.
Northeastern University has no parking facilities at the Downtown Boston campus. However, discounted evening (after 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM) and weekend rates are available to all College of Professional Studies students and faculty.

Students and faculty members will be able to purchase pre-encoded ‘chaser tickets’ at the Langham Hotel Garage office in quantities of five at the current rate of $4 per ticket. Payment must be in the form of Credit Card or Check. To use the tickets:
1. On entry simply pull a ticket as is currently the case. 2. Upon exit, insert the entry ticket into the ticket slot at the exit lane; wait for the fee to display and insert the ‘chaser’ ticket into the same slot. 3. The gate will automatically vend allowing you exit.
Chaser tickets are available for purchase Monday thru Friday in the parking management office on the first floor of the garage.
As always, in order to qualify for the Northeastern University parking discount, vehicles must enter the garage after 5:00 PM (Monday through Friday) and exit the garage anytime before 5:00 AM the following morning. Chaser tickets are valid entering anytime on Saturdays and Sundays.
Vehicles entering the facility before 5:00 PM or that remain in the facility after 5:00 AM will be subject to the posted daily rates. * First time validation required from university front office staff.
