It is important to include "College of Professional Studies" in the address when sending mail or requesting transcripts from previous institutions.

If the following are admissions requirements for your program you may submit them via email:

  • Unofficial transcripts
  • Statement of purpose
  • Recommendation letters


Qualifications for official documents:

Foreign Transcripts:

  • Must include include English translation
  • We encourage you to submit a course by course evaluation of your diploma(s) and transcript(s)
  • Must be mailed from institution in a stamped and sealed envelope, or emailed through "escrip"

College Level Examinations:

  • Original financial documents covering all expenses for one academic year

Financial Documents

  • Original financial documents covering all expenses for one academic year as outlined in the Declaration and Certification of Finances with the official bank stamp and/or an ink signature from a bank representative.
  • Declaration and Certification of Finances must be for the current academic year.
  • Must be mailed with ink signatures – no copies will be accepted.


Important Codes:

Processing Time:

  • Once documents are requested, processing time is between 3-4
  • I-20 processing time is between 4-6 weeks once all documents are received and a review is completed
