Laboratory for Microbiology 1

Offers students an opportunity to learn how to establish pure cultures on a variety of media and practice differential and structural influences on microbial growth rates. Students practice the technique for counting microorganisms in a sample. Studies death of microorganisms. Prereq. BIO 1420.
