Laboratory for Microbiology 2

Offers students an opportunity to isolate a spontaneous mutant, study restriction analysis of a DNA miniprep, do genetic mapping by interrupted mating, and study several enzyme assays for enzymes in key metabolic processes. Prereq. BIO 3010 and BIO 3120.
