Anatomy and Physiology B

Starting with the fall 2009 term, this course will be renumbered as BIO 2070.
Continuation of BIO 4215 Anatomy and Physiology A. Topics include the nervous system, digestion, metabolism, and reproduction. The associated laboratory sessions include the study of the human skeleton and dissection and examination of the muscles.
Registration restricted to Paramedic Technology students. Corequisites: Must be taken concurrently with EMS 4119 Emergency Medical Services 3 and EMS 4120 Emergency Medical Services 4. The required laboratory is BIO 4218 Laboratory for Anatomy and Physiology B (1 q.h.). Please note BIO 4216 and BIO 4218 may not be substituted for BIO 4162 and BIO 4166.
