Understanding the Department of Homeland Security

Designed to introduce students to the newly established Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Examines issues such as interdepartmental workings, legal restrictions placed on the DHS mandate, how the DHS interacts with international agencies, and how effective the DHS has been since its inception.
