Topics include project life cycle, project development; schedule; cost and management; project and program management; project closeout; and innovative financing strategies, including contractor financing and super turnkey. Examines international projects, contracts, and partnering options (for example, JVs and alliances) as vehicles to ensure the meeting of project objectives. Uses case studies to identify and practice the leadership skills required for successful project execution.
