Construction Law

Explores the statutory and legal context of contracts in construction. Examines the legal issues that may result in construction disputes over such matters as differing expectations regarding site conditions, time and schedule impacts, change orders, and changed conditions. Explores some areas of contract dispute resolution, including negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation.
