Intercultural Communication and the Organization

Analyzes how culture and ethnicity affect communication in organizations. The world is becoming smaller and organizations no longer function within defined geographic areas. Consequently, women and men within organizations must be aware of groups that communicate differently than those in a surrounding community. Prereq. CMN 1010.
