Communicating to and with the Media

Examines problems related to communicating with the media and methods for preparing for such interaction. Management representatives are often in positions when they must speak to the media and effectively represent their organization. Students practice making prepared statements and responding to media inquiries during simulations. Examines case studies of poor and excellent media interaction.
