Research and Grant Writing

Starting with the fall 2009 term, this course will be renumbered as PTH 6460.

This course covers advanced topics in research preparing the student to effectively and critically analyze research literature related to healthcare and in particular to physical therapy practice. The course will include elements of advanced research design and statistical analysis. In addition, the course will serve as a basic introduction to grant writing, and all students will be expected to develop a small grant proposal.
