Administration and Management

Starting with the fall 2009 term, this course will be renumbered as PTH 6210.

This course explores concepts in administration and management applied to physical therapy involving the following: developing a business plan; managing finances, facilities, and staff; assessing outcomes; and engaging in marketing and public relations. The course involves a significant portion of discussion groups with your colleagues, incorporating the varied backgrounds represented by all students as professionals in physical therapy.
