Leading Change and Transformation

This course focuses on the leadership challenges presented by today's dynamic education environment and examines the organizational change process as it relates to educational settings. Particular attention is given to management and leadership techniques and behaviors that facilitate effective change and transformation efforts. This course also examines the planning process as it relates to institutional change and transformation. Specific examples of change and transformation will be examined through case studies.
