Financial Decision Making for Education Leaders

This course explores financial aspects of educational institutions with particular emphasis on the use of financial information for decision making. Specific topics will include financial analysis, budget creation, and budget oversight. Both cost center and RCM models will be examined. The emphasis is on using financial data for decisions related to resource allocation, forecasting, and other planning and control activities.
