Organizations frequently attribute employee performance issues to inadequate training or development, but assessing what the specific competency gaps are often requires both sophisticated assessment instruments and a professional understanding as to how best to address those competency gaps. Topics include learning management systems, delivery options, learning objects, and competency assessment.
