Program Evaluation and Assessment

Offers students an opportunity to learn how to establish goals based on measurable outcomes, how to set benchmarks for performance measurement, and how to demonstrate the impact of a program on an organization’s bottom line. Program evaluation and assessment is critical to quality assurance and continuous improvement. Mechanisms that demonstrate value added are also important to organizations that sponsor training and development efforts. Examines issues related to accreditation and other academic program reviews.
