Issues in Education
EDU6558 / 2 q.h.
Formerly ED 3658.
Offers students an opportunity to reflect on their work to date and explore current educational issues, long-standing unresolved problems, and/or ways of addressing potential dilemmas. The purpose of this course is threefold: (1) create a forum for a critique— by the student and others—of the student’s graduate work and thinking thus far; (2) support the student in making the best use of the remaining graduate work to be completed; and (3) encourage the student to make “real-world” applications of the theories, research, and practices the student has previously studied.
There are no current sections scheduled for this course number. Please note that courses have been assigned new numbers beginning with the fall term. Please check the new course number for course availability.
