Organizational Systems and Institutional Governance

Examines the issues related to shared governance and specifically focuses on managing and leading in an environment of shared governance. Institutions of higher education are unlike any other kind of institutions in either the public or private sector. The difference is largely due to the concept and use of shared governance. Other topics include variations of shared governance and organizational structures.
