Group Dynamics, Conflict, and Multi-cultural Teams

Starting with the fall 2009 term, this course will be renumbered as GST 6325.

As companies expand globally, reporting relationships may cross international boundaries and individuals increasingly work in international teams. Tensions associated with such interactions may increase. This course examines common problems within organizations and intervention techniques. A central part of the course involves role plays and evaluations of such interactions.
