EAP Services

The focus of this course is on managing EAP services. The course introduces the participant to the various service options offered by EAPs. Specific work/life offerings will be discussed. These include childcare and eldercare resources and referral services, legal and financial resources and referral services, wellness programs, organizational behavior, coaching, mediation, and conflict resolution.
