Offers students an opportunity to obtain the principles, tools, and methods they need as business leaders to implement change efforts successfully in organizations. Faced with today’s pressures of changing markets, technological advancements, tougher competition, and new government regulations, more companies realize that they must change how they conduct business to remain competitive. The course objective is to enable students to develop and present a sound change management plan. Prereq. MGT 1001 and MGT 1503.
