Covers systems analysis and design cycle, with emphasis on the analysis phase. Includes the history and life cycle of business information systems, the role of the systems analyst, analytical tools useful to the systems study process, development of feasibility studies, and presentation of study phase findings. Prereq. (a) ITC 1001 or ITC 2750 and (b) ITC 1002.
