Fundamentals of Calculus 3
MTH4132 / 3 q.h.
Calculus of trigonometric functions, techniques of integration, numerical methods, and differential equations. Applications include pricing, allocation of funds, present value of an investment, manufacturing efficiency, and product reliability. A graphing calculator is required for this course; the TI-83, TI-86, or TI-89 is recommended. This course cannot be applied to the Lowell Institute degree programs.
Prerequisites: MTH 4131, Fundamentals of Calculus 2 or its equivalent.
