Operations Management Policy

Analyzes complex operating situations faced by technical and business managers. Offers students an opportunity to study integrative cases and to identify problems in organizations, to develop viable courses of action, to conduct detailed analysis, and to identify a set of recommendations and an implementation strategy. Prereq. OPM 1130, OPM 2210, OPM 2315, and OPM 2444.
