Development: Infancy and Childhood

Discusses how human beings develop throughout life. Focuses on the basic physical, perceptual, cognitive, and emotional capacities that develop from infancy through middle to late childhood. Emphasizes how biological inheritance interacts with the physical and social environment. Topics include physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development and the development of language, morality, and interpersonal relationships. Prereq. PSY 1010.
