Administration and Management

Explores concepts in administration and management applied to physical therapy involving developing a business plan; managing finances, facilities, and staff; assessing outcomes; and engaging in marketing and public relations. Involves a significant portion of discussion groups with colleagues, incorporating the varied backgrounds represented by all students as professionals in physical therapy.
