Software Technical Writing 1

Formerly TCC 4301.
Students have an opportunity to learn the tasks and problems unique to software technical writing. The course reviews fundamental software concepts and the role and importance of software documentation. Participants have an opportunity to review the component parts of software technical manuals and their purposes, tutorial and reference functions of manuals, research tools for manual writing, and the writing process itself. Prereq. TCC 2001 and ITC 1002.
