Writing for the Biotechnology Industry

Focuses on the documentation-development process for the biopharmaceutical industry. This growing industry depends on good documentation for communication with scientists, researchers, and lay audiences. Uses corporate models and examples chosen from marketing, research, and sales. Covers writing style, tone, and the review cycle. Topics include bioethics, confidentiality policies, the need for quantification, and detailed referencing of source material. Prereq. TCC 2001 and TCC 2002.
