Description Discusses the way society responds to juvenile offenders. Topics include juvenile offender legislation, juvenile case law, behavioral research studies, philosophy, history, delinquency, abuse and neglect, transfers and waivers, status offenders, and comparative law. Prereq. CJS 1110.
