Visual Communications Foundation

Course Level CPS - Graduate
Description Introduces the basic principles and concepts inherent in visual language systems. Covers fundamentals such as visual perception, composition, spatial relationships, color, form, repetition, texture, structure, abstraction, and figure-ground relationships. Student projects focus on visual problem solving with an emphasis on understanding of context, content, and the development of original forms.
