Description Focuses on student reflections on the challenges and opportunities they face as educational leaders and change agents in contemporary educational settings. Is theory driven. Offers students an opportunity to investigate various theoretical frameworks and apply them to their various problems of practice; to investigate, gather, and synthesize empirical research articles that pertain to their particular areas of interest; to write cogent literature reviews detailing their analysis; and to present and debate their ideas with classmates.
