Description Understanding the theory and research underpinning current leadership practice is invaluable knowledge for any organizational leader. This course approaches leadership as a function in social systems, reviewing contemporary perspectives of organizational leadership such as leadership and identity, complexity, shared, and global leadership. Offers students an opportunity to expand, apply, reflect on, and refine their personal leadership knowledge, skills, and abilities to further how they steward their organizations.
