Description Introduces students to the concept of international human rights. Focuses on the role of global, regional, and national institutions to protect human rights as well as create and enforce human rights law. Explores the role of nongovernmental organizations and the media in fact-finding and publicizing human rights violations, along with current issues and case studies.
