Description Examines practical considerations in the implementation of health programs. Studies law and policy issues for planning, management, and evaluation of health programs. Discusses methods for effective assessment of health needs and resource allocation implementation within the current political and economic environment of health care and the role of lobbying groups. Prereq. HMG 1215.
