Description Studies the structure and dynamics of organizations, combining relevant research from the fields of organizational theory, social psychology, and management science to offer students an opportunity to deepen their understanding of effecting change in organizations. Focuses on developing leadership capacity, or bench strength, throughout an organization. Students diagnose their own organizations so that they can respond with the most appropriate structure and processes to create leadership capacity in their environment. Understanding organizational dynamics and developing leadership capacity within the organization are two critical challenges facing leaders today.
