Description Examines historical changes in workforce composition and the many effects of globalization, domestic diversity, technological change, and new workforce arrangements. Focuses on increasing personal awareness, understanding, and skills to function effectively with members of different ethnic, racial, and cultural backgrounds. Businesses and individuals in the twenty-first century will undergo rapid and unpredictable change. A significant part of this change involves managing in increasingly diverse global and domestic environments.
