| Description | Is strongly recommended for students with little or no formal project management experience. Participants have an opportunity to examine the differences between general management and project management responsibilities. Provides a structured approach to managing any size project through a complete project life cycle. Introduces students to MS Project, which is one of the most utilized project management software tools. Participants have an opportunity to view online demonstrations and work with hands-on exercises to help apply this software tool to each phase of the project life cycle. |
