Description The state-of-the-art in project management has advanced to heavy use of global project management. This course expands the detailed treatment of project management into the global areas of environmental factors, national differences, cultural differences, outsourcing and virtual project management. Also addresses the Project Management Institute's Project Management Body of Knowledge practices as applied in the organization and the future of project management. Prereq. PJM 6000.
