Description Technical projects can present unique challenges and opportunities. To meet these challenges and capitalize on the opportunities, a variety of planning and scheduling techniques can be applied. Offers students an opportunity to learn to plan and schedule projects using a variety of techniques, such as Agile, critical chain, and other appropriate methodologies. Also offers students an opportunity to apply a variety of planning and scheduling techniques in practice through the use of case studies and applied project assignments. Prereq. PJM 6000.
