Description Offers students an opportunity to develop a mature understanding of portfolio management topics, techniques, and tools. Emphasizes learning to identify, prioritize, and oversee a portfolio of programs and projects that deliver value aligned with the strategic direction of the organization. Applied exercises and case studies used throughout the course are designed to ensure students are able to understand how to apply these competencies in a workplace-ready manner.
