Principles of Agile Project Management

Description Provides an overview of the fundamentals of agile project management. Topics include agile versus traditional approaches, the agile manifesto, and the development of agile as a value-added business practice. Key agile project management practices, including communication management planning, risk management planning and estimating practices, are introduced. Agile specific practices and method tailoring are reviewed from an application perspective. Agile project management tools are investigated.
