Agile Implementation and Governance

Description Explores the implementation of agile within an organization and the governance structure to support agile projects. Change management techniques are used to address stakeholder needs as the organization moves from a traditional to agile or blended approach to projects. Advanced topics in program/ portfolio management in agile environments are reviewed and applied, as well as developing an implementation strategy and governance plan.
