Civil Liberties

Starting with the fall 2009 term, this course will be renumbered as POL 2230.

This course examines the quality and content of civil liberties in the United States. The course places particular emphasis on the Bill of Rights as well as the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Amendments to the Constitution.
