Focuses on analyzing, planning, negotiating, problem solving, and decision making for health-care systems managers in a risk-based environment. Strategic management as practiced in health-care functional units, clinics, and hospitals is rapidly changing in today’s technology-driven environment. Planning and management strategy at all levels are essential to the organization.
