Leadership and Organization

Introduces a set of personal, interpersonal, and team-based skills and competencies required in leadership roles. These skills include self-awareness, managing stress, creative problem solving, communicating effectively, gaining power and influencing others, correct performance and motivation problems, managing conflict, and delegation.
