About

Martha Mullane Loftus is the director of the Foundation Year program and an assistant academic specialist in the Pathways program at the College of Professional Studies.  Prior to taking on this role, she worked in the superintendent’s office in the Boston Public Schools spearheading the college access and success initiatives in the district.  Martha comes to this work after several years leading college access programs in Boston and serving in a variety of student services positions in high schools and post-secondary institutions.

Martha has an undergraduate degree from Middlebury College, a Masters in Higher Education Policy from the Graduate School of Education at Harvard University and a Masters in School Counseling from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
