The Graduate Certificate in Law Enforcement Leadership and Management provides an opportunity to hone core competencies required to assume a leadership and/or management role in a law enforcement organization. The program uses a state-of-the-art and practice-oriented approach to leadership and management issues that are pertinent to those managing law enforcement organizations. Coursework will provide law enforcement managers and those considering entering the field of law enforcement management an opportunity to develop personal leadership skills, while sharpening understanding of and facility with important management practices, including risk management, team building, fiscal planning/forecasting, program evaluation, and human resource management.
