Join this four-week graduate-level Leadership Program at the main campus of Northeastern University in the center of Boston . Students will take two graduate courses in leadership and financial relationships in the evenings. Each class meets for three or four hours twice a week from Monday to Thursday. There are two field trips to visit local companies. This program is for professional and graduate-level students with excellent language skills.

Building Financial Relationships
Building Financial Relationships
The Ethical Leader class will meet for six hours a week. Building Financial Relationships will meet for eight hours a week. LDR 3340 The Ethical Leader Using case studies and current events, this class considers the conflicts that can arise when individual values conflict with those of the organization. The course examines actions leaders have taken and consequences faced when confronted with ethical dilemmas. From these learnings you will develop a personal model for ethical leadership.
FI 3121 Building Financial Relationships This class explores how financial institutions develop, price and market financial products and services in a global economy. Topics include an examination of the variety of financial products available, product packaging and pricing decisions, cross-selling, and relationships building in a competitive marketplace.
Two Field Trips •One outing will visit Iron Mountain , an S&P company listed on the New York Stock Exchange and based in Boston .
• The other expedition will journey to Cape Cod . You will meet, have lunch with and talk to a distinguished Northeastern alumnus, who started and runs three large, successful restaurants.
• You will also have the opportunity to talk to other Northeastern alumni leaders and hear about their experiences directing and leading cutting edge companies. University Credit The courses at the College of Professional Studies are for academic credit, and they may be accepted by other universities.
