Beverly Hjorth is a Partner in the intellectual property law firm Weingarten, Schurgin, Gagnebin & Lebovici LLP. She is also a former Patent Examiner with the US Patent and Trademark Office examining patent applications in a mechanical group.

Hjorth holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University, an M.S.E. in Civil Engineering from Princeton University and a law degree from Boston University School of Law, where she was also a member of the Law Review.
